Waltham Crime Watch, Sept. 29 - 30: DUI Arrest

Saturday, Sept. 29
John Favreau, 47, of 107 Chesnut St., driving with a suspended license for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Nora Guthrie, 36, of 455 Totten Pond Rd., arrested on a warrant charge for driving with a suspended license.

Mounil Patel, 44, of 116 Raffaele Dr., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (third offense), a marked lanes violation and driving with a suspended license.

Elder Flores, 42, of 692 Moody St., arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Carmen Roberts, 26, of Salem, arrested on warrant charges for larceny from a building and credit card fraud under $250.
Kyle Patel, 23, of 23 Ash. St., arrested and charged with posessions of a class B drug, driving with a suspended license, driving with an obstructured window and speeding.
