Waltham Crime Watch, Sept. 25 - 28: Disturbing The Peace Arrests

Tuesday, Sept. 25
Brianna LaBelle, 20, of 283 River St., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
Nicholas Biddy, 18, of 86 Silver Hill Ln., arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

Mark Sinerate, 23, of 240 Crescent St., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
Dieumene Berrouette, 45, of 22 Dermody St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Louis Senatus, 53, of 85 Robbins St., arrested on a warrant charge for larceny under $250.
Jaime Medina, 49, of 659 Moody St., arrested and charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation.
Wednesday, Sept. 26
Paul Shutt, 40, of 318 Grove St., arrested on warrant charges for two counts of assault and battery and defacing property.
Thursday, Sept. 27
Mario Vallejos, 31, of 6 River Ave., arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery.
Guillermo Martinez-Gomez, 51, of 48 Hall St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Friday, Sept. 28
Charlene Caldeira, 41, of 87 Fox Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Nora Guthrie, 36, off 455 Totten Pond Rd., arrested on a warrant charge for driving with a suspended license.
