Waltham Arrests: OUI Arrest, Assault With a Dangerous Weapon

The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 12

Eugene White, 26, of 25 Saint Richard St. in Roxbury, arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Jessica Dobosarky, 36, of 215 Bishops Forest Drive, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Anthony Bennett, 58, 29 Palmer St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and intimidating a witness.

Aug. 13

Jared Remy, 34, of 1203 Sterns Hill Road, arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
