Waltham Arrests: Multiple Drug Arrests, Man Would Not Stop for Police
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Aug. 14
Steven Lynch, 24, of 19 Edwin Road, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.
Jeffrey Malkofsky, 19, 54 Bedford St., arrested on a warrant for three counts of nighttime breaking and entering, conspiracy, five counts of receiving stolen property over $250, and one count of nighttime breaking and entering for a felony.

Brian Larosa, 21, of 283 River St., arrested and charged with attempt to commit a crime, destruction of property under $250, resisting arrest, and a warrant for assault and battery.
Michael Nutile, 21, of 109 Cushing St., arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug.

Christopher Deluca, 25, of 92 Albert Road in Auburndale, arrested and charged with failing to stop for police.
Ashley Tierney, 24, of 151 Robbins St., arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, two counts of possession of a Class C drug, and a warrant for possession of a Class A drug.
Kyle Patel, 24, of 23 Ash St., arrested and charged with unlicensed driving, resisting arrest, failing to stop for police and possession of a Class A drug.
Charles Murphy, 33, of 255 Massachusetts Ave. in Arlington, arrested on a warrant for assault and battery and driving with a suspended license.
Aug. 15
Oswaldo Barrera-Juarez, 22, of 169 Adams St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
