Waltham Arrests: March 14-18

Tuesday, March 18

Joseph Dinsmore, 25, of 22 Irving St., Everett, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday and charged with possession of a Class B drug. Dinsmore also had a warrant for disturbing the peace.

Susan Lepera, 40, of 11 Cheryl Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

Carlos Pepin, 33, of 413 Boston St., Lynn, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday and charged with possession to distribute a drug.

Edward Coss, 62, of 66 Hansen Road, Waltham, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday and charged with violating an abuse prevention order and possession of a firearm without an FID card.

Jeffrey Murray, 24, of 145 Grew Ave., Roslindale, was arrested at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday and charged with assault and battery.

Monday, March 17

Cynthia Albano, 38, of 28 Charlesbank Way, Waltham, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Monday and charged with assault and battery.

Jose Salguero, of 13 Emmett St., Marlborough, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. Monday and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Sunday, March 16

Saad Fazil, 39, of 3008 Stearns Hill Road, Waltham, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.

Rafael Guevara, 52, of 54 Hano St., Allston, was arrested at 2:56 a.m. Sunday and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (second offense).

Leonardo Pederzini, 35, of 16 Plympton St., Waltham, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. Sunday and charged with felony breaking and entering at night and destruction of property over $250.

Herber Elvira-Zepeda, 25, of 69 Rich St., Waltham, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. Sunday and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (first offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and failure to stop/yield.

Friday, March 14

Edgar Morales, 37, of 132 Sherman St., Cambridge, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. Friday on a warrant for larceny over $250 and uttering a counterfeit note.

Ellissa Bailey, 32, of 35 Roberts Road, Waltham, was arrested at 7:38 a.m. Friday on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license and with no inspection sticker.
