Waltham Arrests: Man Arrested with Counterfeit Drugs, OUI Arrests

July 25:
Jacob Polston, 32, of 244 Stevens St. in Lowell, arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Thomas Dinauta, 54, of 97 Lyman St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Leonardo Tapia, 27, of 100 Prospect Hill, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.
July 27:
Eugene White, 26, of 25 Saint Richard St. in Roxbury, arrested and charged with assault and battery.
David Osorio, 46, of 144 Charles St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Michael Davis, 55, of 354 Newton St., arrested and charged with possession to distribute a counterfeit drug.
Suresh Gorla, 36, of 9 Highland St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Michael Pirone, 48, of 4 Adams St., arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and daytime breaking and entering of a vehicle.
Roy Bondurant, 25, of 343 Autumn Lane in Carlisle, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and defacing property.
July 28:
Robert MacRae, 23, of 311 Salem Road in Billerica, arrested and charged with one way street violation, driving under the influence of alcohol, lights violation, failing to wear a seatbelt and driving with an open container of alcohol.
Luke Penton, 29, of 61 Loretta Road, arrested and charged with assault and battery.
July 29:
Steven Schofield, 45, of 35 Sartell Road, arrested and charged with intimidating a witness and violating a restraining order.
