Waltham Arrests: Man Arrested Twice in Five Days, Drug Arrest

MacKenny Clerveau, 18, 46 Prospect Hill Road, arrested and charged with unlicensed driving, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, two counts of improper storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm without an FID and resisting arrest.

Aug. 1

Gonzalo Garzon, 33, of 8 Highland St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Aug. 2

Michael Tisme, 22, of 200 Columbia Road in Dorchester, arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Curtis Greene Moore, 31, of 1 Fountain St., arrested and charged with failing to stop for police, leaving the scene of property damage, unlicensed driving, and negligent driving.

Michael Pirone, 48, of 4 Adams St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Barbara Chapman-Lett, 62, of 50 Garden Cir., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and unlicensed driving.

Derek O’Loughlin, 30, of 2 Victory Road in Billerica, arrested on a warrant for assault and battery.

Deland Senatus, 23, of 85 Robbins St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Brian Larosa, 21, of 283 River St., arrested on a warrant for assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

Miguel Felix, 37, of 23 Joslin St. in Providence, R.I., arrested and charged with assault and battery and a warrant for driving an unregistered motor vehicle, number plate violation and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Steve Tran, 17, 47 Chester Lane, arrested and charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, number plate violation, driving with a suspended license and driving and uninsured vehicle.

Richard Muise, 35, 476 Lincoln St., arrested and charged with possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class B drug.
