Tuesday, Feb. 4
Edgardo Verganza-Guerra, 36, of 74 Rich St., Waltham, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. Tuesday and charged with trafficking in cocaine.

Laena Ohannessian, 29, of 196 River St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Monday and charged with assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
Sunday, Feb. 2

Timothy Leblanc, 46, of 184 Lexington St., Waltham, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
Samantha Botti, 21, of 164 Pigeon Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.
Eugene Collett, 50, of 143 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Robert Tehan, 43, of 18 Shore Road, Waltham, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Linda Collett, 49, of 143 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
David Conley, 30, of 6 Park Place, Waltham, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. Sunday and charged with larceny over $250, larceny under $250, receiving stolen property receiving a stolen credit card and utter false check. Conley also had a warrant for two counts of larceny over $250.
David Milligan, 45, of 174 Moody St., Waltham, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.
Stacy Burns, 21, of 85 Hawthrone Road, Waltham, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. Sunday and charged with operating under the influence, first offense.
Saturday, Feb. 1
Xjenai Peralta, 22, of 186 Prospect Hill Road, Waltham, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. Saturday and charged with trespassing.
Thursday, Jan. 30
Ashley McIssac, 26, 20 Canal Lane, Somerville, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. Thursday and charged with utter false check.
Jaznhe Torres, 19, of 34 Hansen Road, Waltham, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. Thursday on a warrant with the following charges: larceny over $250, forgery of a check, utter false check and attempt to commit a crime.
