Waltham Arrests: Feb. 10-12
The following information comes from the Waltham Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, Feb. 12
Dimas Rivera-Soto, 20, of 95 Chestnut St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. Wednesday and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Richard Pano, 32, of 122F Montvale Ave., Woburn, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. Wednesday and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.

Albert MacKinnon, 44, of 16 Cormier Road, Burlington, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. Wednesday and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, failure to stop/yield and receiving stolen property over $250.
Michael Thomas, 29, 16 Russell St., Waltham, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant for leaving the scene of property damage.

Tuesday, Feb. 11
Louventzky Vernet, 25, of 10 Exchange Ave., Medford, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday and charged with a marked lanes violation. Vernet also had a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.
Shamim Ali, 40, of 253 Silver St., Manchester, was arrested at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. Ali also had a warrant with the following charges: operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, motor vehicle registration suspended/revoked and having an uninsured motor vehicle.
Monday, Feb. 10
Charles Carson, 53, of 86 Montclair Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 9:23 p.m. Monday and charged with assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled.
Byron Colindres, 22, of 89 Adams St., Waltham, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. Monday and charged with trespassing.
