Waltham Arrest Logs, Jan. 1 - 3: DUI Arrests

Tuesday, Jan. 1
Megan Amburn, 27, of 17 Brown St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Audrey Amaro, 35, of 48 Pine St., arrested on warrant charges for two counts of driving with a suspended registration, possession of a class B substance, assault and battery, two counts of driving an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer and credit card fraud over $250.

Wednesday, Jan. 2
Eliseo Corzo, 28, of 125 Weston St., arrested on a warrant charge for assault and battery.

Susan Woodman, 69, of 252 Crescent St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended registration, leaving the scene of property damage, driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), a miscellaneous equipment violation, keeping right for an oncoming vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and driving an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
Thursday, Jan. 3
Sandra Ponn, 41, of 9 Evergreen Ave., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Jose Esparaza, 25, of 188 Chestnut St., arrested on a warrant charge for assault and battery.
