Waltham Arrest Logs, April 30 - May 2: Drug and Assault Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, April 30

Luis Jiminez, 37, of 34 Alder St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Todd Wheeler, 40, of Needham, arrested on a warrant charge for assault and battery.

Angel Gonzalez, 19, of Hudson, arrested on warrant charges for assault and battery on a person over 60, assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime, destruction of property less than $250, two counts of attempting to commit a crime and breaking into a building.

Tuesday, May 1

Daniel Sperry, 47, of Burlington, arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Christian Amaya, 32, of 37 Myrtle St., arrested and charged with forgery/misuse of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document.

Eric Cormier, 46, of 20 Cutter St., arrested on and warrant charge for driving with a suspended license.

Wednesday, May 2

Jeffrey Abramowitz, 28, of Boston, arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime.

Jose David, 46, of 900 Lexington St., arrested on warrant charges for possession of a class D substance, possession of a class B substance and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

Derek Hume, 31, of Watertown, arrested and charged with possession of a class B drug and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
