Waltham Arrest Log, Sept. 8 - 10: Assault, Public Drinking Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, Sept. 8

Antonio Cruz, 32, of 36 Francis St., arrested and charged with indecent exposure and drinkng alcohol in public.

Anthony Louis, 42, of 5 Wellington St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Michael Joniaux, 24, of 106 Church St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving with a suspended license.

Sunday, Sept. 9

Justin O'Connell, 28, of 49 Derby St., arrested and charged with attempted murder, two counts of assault and battery, and two warrant charges for possession of a class A drug, use of a vehicle without permission, larceny oveer $250, assault and battery.

James Garabedian, 54, 118 Robbins St., arrested on warrant charges for resisting arrest, two counts of larceny over $250, disorderly conduct and possession of a class B drug.

Monday, Sept. 10

Oliver Dunbar, 32, of Cambridge, arrested on warrant charge for threatening to commit a crime.

Ashlie Nieves, 18, of 26 Piedmont Ave., arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 

My Tran, 29, of 189 Ash St., arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Jacson Olivera 18, of 199 Grove St., arrested and charged with speeding, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Angel Mendez, 17, of 68 Cushing St., arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. 

Donald Rogers, 42, of 22 Lawrence St., arrested and charged with attemping to commit a crime and possession of a burglarious instrument.
