Monday, Sept. 3
Anthony Marascia, 17, of Newton, arrested and charged with use of a car without permission.
Mirta Alvarez, 33, of 18 Sterns St., arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

John Penta, 17, of Newton, arrested and charged with a motor vehicle lights violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and use of a car without permission.
Alayne Grady, 17, of 54 Charlotte Rd., arrested and charged with trespassing, drinking alcohol in public and posession of alcohol under 21.
