Waltham Arrest Log, Sept. 21 - 24: DUI, Drug Arrests

Friday, Sept. 21

Courtney O'Reilly, 32, of 103 College Farm Rd., arrested on outstanding warrants for two counts of driving with a suspended registration, three counts of driving with a suspended license, one count of leaving the scene of property damage, not having a vehicle inspection sticker and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Richard Gaudet, 34, of 11 Felton St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Luis Melendez, 35, of 150 School St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspeded license, larceny over $250, use of a motor vehicle without permission and warrant charges for uttering a false check. He also faces warrant charges for larceny under $250, receiving stolen property, posession of a class B drug, unarmed robbery, assault and battery and driving with a suspended license. 

Saturday, Sept. 23

Matthew Muise, 27, of 12 Lakeview Terrace, possesion of a class B drug and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Jason Campbell, 41, of 29 Nathan Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and a marked lanes violation.

Vitthall Beriwaia, 20, of 237 Moody St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.

John Kenney, 18, of 99 Bacon St., arrested and charged with larceny over $250, defacing property and breaking and entering nighttime felony. 

James LaPorte, 47, of 794 Moody St., arrested and charged with public drinking.
