UPDATED: Waltham Arrest Log, Sept. 18 - 20: Public Drinking Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

Raphael Silva, 31, of 8 Prospect Ave., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield.

Wednesday, Sept. 19

UPDATE: A Weston man was charged with assault and battery and attempted murder. The charges were later dropped.

Steven O'Neil, 47, of Dedham, arrested and charged with a u-turn violation and driving with a suspended license.

Marcio Alves, 33, of 94 Adams St., arrested and charged with forging or misusing an RMV document, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, having a motor vehicle not meeting safety standards, failure to stop for police and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jeffrey Penta, 34, of 44 Judith Ln., arrested ad charged with unarmed robbery.

Thomas McDonnell, 22, of 321 Lake St., arrested and charged with assault to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Thursday, Sept. 20

Todd Downie, 45, of Lowell, arrested on a warrant charge for failing to register as a sex offender.

Ayuel Awoul, 21, of 415 South St., arrested and charged with drinking alcohol in public. 

Andrew Bennie, 19, of Plymouth, arrested and charged with drinking alcohol in public and posession of alcohol under 21 years old.

Hugo Deleoncastellano, 24, of Allston, arrested and charged with assault and battery.

WOW - did he do anything right that day...
