Waltham Arrest Log, Sept. 13 - 17: DUI, Assault Arrests

Thursday, Sept. 13

Michael Hernandez, 23, of 97 Brown St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and concealing a license plate.

Jacqueline, 49, of Tewksbury, arrested and charged with trespassing and assault and battery on a police officer.

Saturday, Sept. 15

Laura Maria, 39, of Maynard, arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Olver Alvarez, 21, of Newton, arrested and charged with assault and battery, armed burglary, assault and battery and destruction of property under $250.

Joshua LeBron, 23, of 87 Felton St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Jesus Gutierrez, 41, of 74 Rosehill Way, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.

Monday, Sept. 17

Perry Bryson, 23, of 186 Prospect Hill Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

James Pisctelli, 36, of Newton, arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Norma Safastume, 48, of 1111 Main St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.

Elvira Padilla, 47, of 26 Liberty St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Raphael Silva, 31, of 8 Prospect Ave., arrested and charged with failing to stop or yield and driving with a suspended license.
