Waltham Arrest Log, Oct. 28 - 29: Many DUI Arrests

Sunday, Oct. 28
Dimas Barrera, 36, of 148 Overland Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Janis Toli, 41, of 3602 Stearns Hill Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Obed Osorio-Hernandez, 28, of 107 Russell St., arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order and threatening to commit a crime. He also faces a warrant charge for assault and battery.
Ho Seung, 29, of 25 Crescent St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of starting backing and stopping and leaving the scene of property damage.

Shelly Silva, 33, of 30 Clinton St., arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person 60 or over.
Monday, Oct. 29
Juan Raymond-Ramirez, 26, of 44 Walnut St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Michael Murphy, 49, of Newton, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense), failure to stop for police and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
