Thursday, Oct. 25
Mark Dutkewych, 39, of Lincoln, arrested and charged with four counts of shoplifting by tampering with merchandise.

Susan Backus, 58, of Belmont, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), resisting arrest and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Franklin Montenegro, 30 of 626 Moody St., arrested on warrant charges for furnishing a false name and two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Edvin Vasquez, 28, of 55 Prospect Hill Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Scott Campbell, 31, of Stow, arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery.
William Campbell, 32, of Stow, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and leaving the scene of property damage.
Margaret Matos, 38, of 58 Oak St., arrested and charged with several counts of violating an abuse prevention order.
Louis Gallant, 73, of Newton, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a one way street violation.
Brian LaRosa, 21, of 283 River St., arrested on two warrant charges for assault and battery.
Israel Tiu, 27, of 139 Adams St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
