Waltham Arrest Log, Jan. 29 - 31: DUI Arrest
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, Jan. 29
Timothy Powers, 41, of Uxbridge, arrested on a warrant charge for violating an abuse prevention order.
William LaFauci, 57, of 89 Goldencrest Ave., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. LaFauci is a registered Level 3 sex offender who has had prior run-ins with law enforcement.

Wednesday, Jan. 30
Alem Sapp, of Los Angeles, California, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense).

Thursday, Jan. 31
Michael Conners, 17, of Medford, arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Michael Aucoin, 37, of 7 Middle St., arrested and charged with not having a vehicle inspection sticker, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and starting, backing stopping.
