Waltham Arrest Log, Jan. 27 - 28: DUI Arrest

Thursday, Jan. 27
David Perez, 31, of Brighton, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Ayrton Raya, 22, of 20 Gormans Court, arrested and charged with violation an abuse prevention order.

Israel Tiu, 27, of 139 Adams St., arrested on warrant charges for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and destruction of property under $250.
Marvin Medrano, 24, of 291 Crescent St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation.
