Waltham Arrest Log, Jan. 16 - 18: Credit Card Fraud

Wednesday, Jan. 16
Anthony Deyoso, 23, of 184 Prospect Hill Rd., arrested on warrant charges for breaking and entering (nighttime felony) and larceny over $250.
Alec Forte, 18, 54 Chester Ave., arrested on warrant charges for larceny over $250, breaking and entering (nighttime felony), receiving and stolen credit card and credit card fraud under $250.

Roberto Pandolfi, 49, of 16 Winter St., arrested and charged with threatening to commit a crime, possessions of a firearm without a firearms ID card and assault and battery.

Angel Collazo, 24, of 52 Fourth Ave., arrested on warrant charges for driving with a suspended license, driving with a child under 6 without a car seat, failure to wear a seatbelt, not having an inspection sticker and not having a license with them.
Xuewen Du, 24, of 35 High St., arrested and charged with failing to stop or yield and driving with a suspended license.
Friday, Jan. 18
Kevin Lewis, 45, of 60 Oak St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and destruction of property under $250.
Matthew Razani, 26, of 5 Derby St., arrested and charged with trespassing.
