Waltham Arrest Log, Dec. 4 - 6: DUI Arrests
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, Dec. 4
Ramon Nugent, 22, of 37 Spruce St., arrested on warrant charges for using somebody else's license, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.
Mynor Garcia, 22, of 139 Adams St., arrested on warrant charges for driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration, allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop/yield, driving with a suspended license, failure to keep right for an oncoming vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense).

Wednesday, Dec. 5
Juliat Nakasamba, 28, of 5 Colburn St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

John Thomas, 52, of 26 Hall St., arrested on a warrant charge for witness intimidation.
Thursday, Dec. 6
Jennifer Elock, 30, of 16 Winter St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Anne Hughes, 54, of 794 Moody St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Antonio Chan, 19, of 175 Forest St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), starting, backing and stopping and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
