Waltham Arrest Log, Dec. 29 - 31: DUI Arrest

Saturday, Dec. 29
Panangiotis Kontakos, 30, of Watertown, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), failing to stop or yield and failing to follow city ordinance signs.

Kenneth Morrabal, 21, of 44 Chester Ave., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Christopher Kirby, 30, of 67 Robbins St., arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order and assault and battery.

Monday, Dec. 31.
William LaFauci, 57, of 89 Goldencrest Ave., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. LaFauci is a Level 3 sex offender who has recently raised a row for alleged minor offenses in Waltham and non-criminal behavior in Lexington.
