A Middlesex County grand jury indicted William Camuti, 69, of Sudbury, on Thursday on charges of attempted murder, misleading police, and unlawful disposition of human remains, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's office.

An arraignment date has not yet been set.
Stephen Rakes's body was discovered in a wooded area of Lincoln on July 17 at 1:30 p.m. after Camuti allegedly poisoned him during a meeting at a McDonald's in Waltham.

The cause of Rakes' death has yet to be determined, hence the attempted murder charge.
