Nobody will face charges in the rollover that killed a Waltham woman in March, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
The Middlesex DA's office told Waltham Patch the investigation in to the March 24 crash in Waltham that killed Lisa LeBlanc has been closed and that nobody will be charged.
Bernardo Betancourt, LeBlanc's boyfriend, was arrested at the scene of the March 24 crash on Main Street, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Betancourt had been following LeBlanc in a separate car.
The DA's decision comes after LeBlanc's death was ruled an accident.
