Update on Case of Former Waltham Cop

Former Waltham Police Officer Paul Manganelli is facing child pornography charges.

Former Waltham Police Officer Paul Manganelli pleaded not guilty in federal court on Wednesday to child pornography charges, according to court records.

Manganelli was arrested in March after Federal Bureau of Investigation Agents raided his home. He resigned from the Waltham Police Department in October and was recently granted retirement benefits.

Manganelli's next court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 16, according to court records.
