Update on Alleged Waltham Library Masturbator
Jenney is a Level 3 sex offender from Waltham.
A judge has ordered, Nicholas Jenney, a Level 3 sex offender who was arrested for allegedly masturbating at the Waltham Public Library on Monday, to stay away from the library, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
The judge, during a hearing at Waltham District Court, set bail at $2,500 after prosecutors asked for $10,000, according to DA's office.
Jenney is scheduled for a Jan. 30 pre-trial hearing.
