See How a Waltham Man Allegedly Endangered A Child

The incident occurred on Sunday.

A 39-year-old Waltham man allegedly drove drunk with a child in his car on Sunday, according to the Boston Globe.

Wellesley Police arrested Luis Salazar at 6:30 p.m. after police got reports of an erratic driver proceeding past the police headquarters, according to the Globe. He is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, endangerment of a child while driving drunk, and several other charges. 

After police found the driver stopped in a Central Street parking lot, they found an open beer can along with other alcohol. They also found a child in the car. Police reported the incident to the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families.
