Remy, Martel Families Agree on Custody Deal for Daughter
The deal was reached Tuesday in Cambridge.
The families of Jared Remy and Jennifer Martel agreed to a custody deal Tuesday regarding Remy and Martel’s 5-year-old daughter, according to WCVB.
The girl, Arianna, will split time with both of her grandparents, including Remy’s father, Red Sox broadcaster Jerry Remy, as well as Martel’s brother, Brian, according to the news station.
Jared Remy is accused of killing Martel in their Waltham home last August. He has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
