An electrical line has fallen on Trapelo Road causing power outages in North Waltham, according to Waltham Police.
According to NStar's Web site, 1,228 customers have lost power. NStar is on the scene but there is no estimate on when power will be restored.
The line came down across a home and a car, according to police. Drivers are being rerouted around the site, according to police.
