A 49-year-old Waltham man remains missing as police continue searching for him, according to Waltham Police.
Carlos W. Orellana-Moya was reported missing on Nov. 18. Waltham Police now say he was last spotted on Nov. 17 at around 4 p.m. on his way to Moody Street.
Moya was wearing a cream-colored winter hat, blue jeans and a blue sweatshirt. He was also wearing cream-colored sneakers. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall with brown eyes and black hair. Moya, who has previously gone missing several times, has medical issues, including a partially paralyzed left arm.
During his previous times missing, Moya has been found in Everett, Cambridge, Newton and Boston, according to Waltham Police. He has been known to use public transportation.
