Waltham Man Indicted For Attempted Murder, Rape
A Waltham man is facing serious, violent charges in connection with an October incident.
A Middlesex Superior Court grand jury has indicted a 41-year-old Waltham man on serious violent charges in connections with an October incident, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
German Pizzaro, 41, of 247 Bacon St. was indicted on the following charges: two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, rape, making threats and attempted murder.
The indictment means the case will move to superior court, where it could go to trial and the defendant would face more serious charges.
