Man Accused in John Kerry Incident Has Waltham Record

Vladimir Romanaov, a 29-year-old West Roxbury man accused of taking pictures of Secretary of State John Kerry's Boston home, was on probation for a Waltham incident when he was arrested outside Kerry's home, according to the Boston Globe.

Romanov allegedly violated his probation when he photographed Kerry's home while intoxicated, according to the Globe. Romanov was placed on probation in 2012 after his license was suspended twice, once after failing a breathalyzer test in Waltham, according to the Globe.

Romanoved was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on Monday after his Sunday arrest outside of Kerry's home.
