Homeless Man Arrested After Waltham Bank Robbery

The man allegedly robbed the Bank of America on Moody Street Monday.

A 47-year-old homeless man was arrested after the robbery at the Bank of America at 625 Moody St. in Waltham on Monday afternoon.

Police arrested Steven Bryson Monday and charged him with armed robbery.

Bryson allegedly passed a note to a teller at about 3:45 p.m. Monday, demanding money and stating he was armed.

After reviewing video surveillance and physical evidence, police located Bryson at Moody and Cherry streets. The stolen money was recovered, police said.

A Massachusetts State Police K-9 unit assisted Waltham Police.
