Waltham Police are asking for the public's help to locate Carlos Wilfredo Orellana Moya, who went missing on June 28.
Orellana Moya, 49, is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with brown eyes and black hair, according to Waltham Police. He has medical issues and possible brain damage, according to Waltham Police.
Anybody with information on Orellana's whereabouts should call police at 781-314-3600.
