Father of Deceased Waltham Murder Suspect Writes Letter to Obama

An FBI agent shot Ibragim Todashev to death in May.

The father of a man linked to the 2011 Waltham triple murder has written a letter to President Obama seeking justice for his son, according to Boston Magazine.

In his letter, Abdul-Baki Todashev, the father of Ibragim Todahsev, asks Obama to assure the agencies investigating the death of his son to make sure the truth about his death emerges, according to Boston Magazine. He also accuses the FBI of intentionally killing Todashev. 

A Federal Bureau of Investigation agent shot Todashev to death in his Florida apartment in May as he was questioning him about the triple murder. The FBI has said Todashev attacked the agent after reportedly confessing to killing the three men along with his friend.

Federal prosecutors have acknowledge accused Boston Maraton bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was a friend of Todahsev's was involved in the Waltham murders, according to the Boston Herald.  Tsarnaev was killed during a shootout with police on April 19.
