Candlelight Vigil to Be Held For Waltham Murder Victim
Jared Remy allegedly murdered his girlfriend Jennifer Martel.
A candlelight vigil for Jennifer Martel, who was killed at her Waltham apartment recently, is scheduled for Tuesday, according to an announcement.
According to an announcement circulated to Windsor Village residents, the vigil will be held between buildings 11 and 12 on Aug. 27 at 7:30 p.m.
"This will be a simple candle light vigil. Candles will be supplied, but bear in mind supplies might be limited," the announcement reads.
Jared Remy, Martel's girlfriend and the son of Red Sox television broadcaster, Jerry Remy, is charged with killing Martel at their Windsor Village unit.
