ACLU Calling for Inquiry Into Death of Triple Murder Suspect

The ACLU has called for an inquiry into the death of triple murder suspect Ibragim Todashev, who was killed during an interview with the FBI and other law enforcement officials at his apartment in Orlando.

The group wrote a letter to Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley and Florida’s Law Enforcement Commissioner Gerald M. Bailey saying that they do not believe that the FBI will give the full story of the incident to the public, according to a story in the Boston Globe.

Few details have been released about Todashev’s death in May, and they note that the FBI has barred the medical examiner in Florida overseeing the case from releasing details.
