Thursday, March 13

Jorge Lopez, 31, of 151 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested at 3:47 a.m. Thursday and charged with assault and battery.

Wednesday, March 12

Laurie Sullivan, 44, of 5 Arbor Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Wednesday and charged with operating under the influence (first offense) and resisting arrest.

Mark Gagnon, 33, of 27 Barton Road, Wellesley, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday and charged with possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class E drug and trespassing.

Tuesday, March 11

James Perez, 51, 186 Warren St., Waltham, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license. Perez also had a warrant for larceny by check over $250.

Maliza Egan, 22, of 5 1/2 Saverys Lane, Plymouth, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for breaking and entering during the day for felony, larceny over $250 (two counts), larceny from a building, larceny over $250 by single scheme (two counts), credit card fraud over $250, receiving a stolen credit card, forgery of a document and uttering a false instrument.

Monday, March 10

Daniel Robertson, 20, of 84 Mallard Way, Waltham, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. Monday and charged with operating under the influence (first offense) and a marked lanes violation.

Kathy Driver, 53, of 92 Howard St., Waltham, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Monday on a warrant for larceny over $250 and having an uninsured motor vehicle.

Scott Odess, 36, of 46 Kings Way, Waltham, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. Monday on a warrant for using a motor vehicle without authority (second offense) and larceny over $250.
