Robert Cadman, 24, of 33 Harrington St., Watertown, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. Thursday and charged with assault and battery. Cadman also had a warrant for having an unregistered motor vehicle and an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.

Frederick Lynch, 19, of 39 Cedar St., Waltham, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for having an unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer and concealing his license plate.
