15 Arrested on Assault Charges in Waltham

Sunday, June 29

Aaron Beverly, 54, of 96 Bacon St., Waltham, was arrested at 3:11 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.

Robert Woodland, 31, of 294 River St., Waltham, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. Sunday and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order.

Vinicio Vazquez, 27, of 7 Gibbs Court, Waltham, was arrested at 3:27 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Oben Johnson, 32, of 4 Lowell Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Elvin Linares-Gonzalez, 32, of 134 Felton St., Waltham, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.

Saturday, June 28

Marlene McGuire, 40, of 206 Ridge Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Saturday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Elder Quechel-Santos, 29, of 71 Brown St., Waltham, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. Saturday and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Friday, June 27

James Alvarado, 42, of 19 Browns Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. Friday and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Thursday, June 26

James Geagan, 31, of 167 River St., Waltham, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Anthony Bennett, 59, of 29 Palmer St., Waltham, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Thursday and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Wednesday, June 25

Andrew Arsenault, 39, of 69 Oak St., Waltham, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. Wednesday and charged with arrestee furnishing a false name/social security number.

Tuesday, June 24

Andrew Vidito, 30, of 4009 Stearns Hill Road, Waltham, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. Tuesday and charged with fraud in hiring vehicle. Vidito also had a warrant for possession of a Class C drug.

Monday, June 23

Llancy Crespo, 27, of 15 Dermody Road, Waltham, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Monday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked, having a suspended/revoked registration, an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Jane Cutler, 51, of 10 Hingston Circle, Braintree, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. Monday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (third offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.

Shawnace Robinson, 40, of 218 Adams St., Dorchester, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. Monday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

James Porter, 28, of 158 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Monday and charged with assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Jesus Suastegui, 23, of 56 Fiske St., Waltham, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. Monday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (first offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury, leaving the scene of property damage and failure to keep right for oncoming motor vehicle.

Alvaro Ochoa-Garvez, 30, of 128 Charles St., Waltham, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery (two counts).

Bernard Carter, 22, of 50 Hammond St., Waltham, was arrested at 12:09 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.

Nicholas Enxing, 22, of 122 Massasoit St., Waltham, was arrested at 4:05 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Saturday, June 21

Gordon Trammell, 22, of 9 Flood St., Waltham, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. Saturday and charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and violation of an abuse prevention order.

Robin Valdez, 27, of 23 Middle St., Waltham, was arrested at 7:31 a.m. Saturday and charged with assault and battery.

Jason Collura, 26, of 46 Jennings Road, Waltham, was arrested at 5:44 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Matthew Mercer, 23, of 317 Boston Road, Billerica, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug.

Valerie Casella, 19, of 46 Lyman St., Waltham, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Jessica Melanson, 23, of 47 Colburn St., Waltham, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of a Class B drug.

Stephen Merisma, 31, of 17 Summer Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession to distribute a drug (two counts), distribution of a Class B drug, possession of a Class B drug and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Dario Merisma, 31, of 17 Summer Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession to distribute a drug (two counts), distribution of a Class B drug and possession of a Class B drug.

Kevin Peick, 60, of 26 Jetwood St., North Andover, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. Thursday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (first offense).

Adam Sachs, 40, of 21 Cedarcroft Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. Thursday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self.
