Thursday, May 8
Junior Belus, 23, of 1100 Main St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for assault and battery.
Frederick Lynch, 53, of 39 Cedar St., Waltham, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. Thursday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. Lynch also had a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked.

Wednesday, May 7
Gloria Ortiz, 25, of 112 Seminole Ave., Waltham, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday and charged with assault and battery.

Anthony Smith, 19, of 262 Crescent St., Waltham, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Wednesday and charged with attempt to commit a crime.
Luciano Gomez-Calderon, 33, of 107 Pine St., Waltham, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. Wednesday and charged with attempted murder, assault and battery and intimidation of a witness. Gomez-Calderson also had a warrant for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (two counts), having an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer (two counts), having an unregistered motor vehicle and motor vehicle registration suspended/revoked (two counts).
Anthony Deyeso, 24, of 184 Prospect Hill Road, Waltham, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, failure to stop for police, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

Benjamin Mubiru, 19, of 379 Newton St., Waltham, was arrested at 3:12 a.m. Tuesday and charged with assault and battery.
Sunday, May 4
Eber Lopez, 31, of 90 River St., Newton, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct.
Margaret Braman, 54, of 379 Newton St., Waltham, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. Sunday and charged with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (first offense), leaving the scene of property damage, a marked lanes violation and a miscellaneous equipment violation.
Saturday, May 3
Otto Gonzalez, a 35-year-old homeless man, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. Saturday and charged with drinking alcohol in public and disturbing the peace.
Mario Pena Fuentes, 29, of 153 Saratoga St., Boston, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Saturday and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Pena Fuentes also had a warrant for disorderly conduct.
Omar Sami, 26, of 167 King St., Dorchester, was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Saturday and charged with trespassing.
Friday, May 2
John McGinley, 31, of 107 Oak Ridge Drive, Ayer, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. Friday and charged with attempt to commit a crime and destruction of property over $250.
