I am guessing all of his weeks are not good.

I'm wondering if, as a senior, he needs a mental health evaluation and medical help instead of just arresting him multiple times. He's still responsible for his actions, and I'm not saying the police are wrong, but his age (and I'm not being "agist" here; I'm not a spring chicken myself) just makes me wonder about that. I hope, if that's the case, he can get the help he needs.
