Powerful Tools for Caregivers at Mount Auburn Hospital

WHAT:      Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a FREE six-week program Powerful Tools for Caregivers. This educational program is designed to help you take care of yourself while caring for a relative or friend. You will learn strategies to reduce stress, guilt, anger, depression.  You will also learn ways to communicate effectively with other family members and your doctor. The program meets once a week on Wednesday afternoons beginning January 15, 2014.
