City Councilor

I hope Robert Logan doesn't get a sore arm from patting himself on the back. Where has he been for the past ten years? Why is the River Walk such a dump? I stopped walking there because of all the trash and broken beer bottles. I have tried to complain numerous times and nothing has been done. I have fond memories of Moody St before the take over by all the Dollar stores and Friday nights when everyone went down Moody Street to shop.
