A Matter of Balance at Mount Auburn Healthcare at Waltham

Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a FREE eight-week program A Matter of Balance.  This is an award winning program designed to manage concerns about falling and increase activity levels. You will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. The program meets once a week on Tuesdays beginning October 22, 2013.
