Mrs. Lorraine A. (Sharkin) Dwyer, of Waltham, passed away to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, April 26, 2014 in Maristhill Nursing Home. She was one month shy of her 92nd birthday.
She is now rejoined with her husband, Gerard Sr., in eternity. She leaves her three children, Christine of Waltham, Jack of Wareham and Gerry and his wife Rhonda of Waltham. She joyfully devoted her elder years to her two beloved grandchildren, Daniel, who is now at UMass Amherst, and Joseph, a senior at Waltham High. She was immensely proud of these two fine young men.

Family and friends will honor and remember Lorraine's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main St., Waltham, on Wednesday, April 30, from 6-8 p.m. and again at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning before leaving in procession to the Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall St., Waltham, where her funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Mt. Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
