Alycia Marcou, 25, of Waltham, Worked in Family Jewelry Store

Alycia Marcou of Waltham died on Aug. 21 at the age of 25.

She graduated from Waltham High School and Elizabeth Grady School, and worked as a registered aesthetician at her family’s store, Marcou Jewelers, in the Meadow Glen Mall in Medford, according to an obituary on the Joyce Funeral Home website.

She is survived by her parents Randy L. and Nancy (Elicone) Marcou; her sibings Monica S. Marcou of Quincy and Daniel J. Marcou of Waltham; her grandmother Eleanor Elicone of Newton; her aunts and uncles David and Donna Marcou of New Seabury, Mal and Tom Burke, Bob and Cheryl Marcou, Dick and Cheryl Marcou, all of Waltham, Steven and Kelli Marcou of Wilmington, Ken and Ramona Marcou, Sheila and Pete LeBlanc, all of Waltham, Doug and Andrea Marcou of Belmont, Kathy and Gerry Arseneau of Waltham, Jack and Jeanne Elicone of Newton, Elaine and Ed Stone of Lexington, Janet Elicone of Needham and Richard and Nora Elicone of Paxton; her godfather, Dave Noke of Plymouth and many cousins.

Calling hours at the The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main St. in Waltham will be on Sunday, Aug. 25, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and again at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 26 before leaving in procession to Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St. in Newton where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
