Waltham Man Saves Commuter From Burning Car

A New Bedford woman is safe after a Waltham man saved her form her burning car.

Luke Tripp, of Waltham, was driving south on Route 128 near exit 18 when he noticed a car in front of him had smoke coming from it, according to FOX 25. He quickly got the driver's attention and she pulled over, but the car burst into flames.

Tripp got a fire extinguisher from his truck and doused the fire with help two other motorists pulled the woman from the car, according to FOX 25. Nobody was injured, Tripp told FOX 25.
