Waltham Firefighters to Mark September 11 Anniversary

The public is welcome to attend the fire department ceremony.

The Waltham Fire Department will mark this year's September 11 anniversary with a ceremony in honor of the 343 firefighters who died responding to the terrorist attacks.

The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 11 at the Fire Department headquarters at 175 Lexington St., according to the fire department's website. The ceremony starts at 8:45 a.m.

The ceremony is open to the public.
